Written and Presented by Michael Walling, M.Ed.
"Benefits and Employment in 2015" Webinar is an online version of the same material I have presented in over 2,600 workshops throughout country during the past 23 years.
Attendees of the live workshops have consistently stated this is the BEST workshop they have ever attended on Social Security benefits programs. Viewers are giving the webinar the same endorsements.
"I would like to thank you very much for all information! You are a clear and easily understood teacher. Thanks again!" Sharon G.
"Your material is excellent and, as the parent and guardian of a disabled adult, I wish I would have had this information many years ago."
"Thank you. I find the webinars very informative and presented in a manner that is easily understood. Thank you." Jose V. Peer Services Coordinator, Albany, NY
"Thank you. You are a big help. The webinars were very beneficial, and I appreciate the convenience of doing them in office and on my available time." Carol V., Bethlehem, PA
"This has been a fantastic layout of a very confusing process...” Michael G., Daytona Beach, FL
The same information in smaller doses.

It explains: 1) what Social Security means by "disability"; 2) who can receive a benefit; 3) what is the difference between the two benefit programs Social Security administers; 4) how Social Security determines which benefit a person receives; 5) why some people receive more than one benefit; and 6) why some people change benefit programs.

Session #102 focuses on who can receive title II benefits (SSDI, RSDI, CDB, and DWB) and why they are entitled to the benefit. It answers the question "How much can I earn and what will happen to my benefit?"
The session explains the title II process: 1) beginning with the Trial Work Period; 2) continuing through the Extended Period of Eligibility and the Re-entitlement Period; 3) when the SGA Cessation month occurs; 4) the Benefit Termination Month; and 5) the Expedited Re-instatement period.
You must understand this process if a title II beneficiary is planning to work or is working.
Session #103 How Income Affects SSI and Medicaid. $20.00 87 minutes (with 5 minute intermission) . SSI is based on financial need.

Further, the session explains HOW to claim these work incentives to prevent Social Security from finding the beneficiary is in benefit overpayment.
Most Title II beneficiaries do not need to limit their wage to maintain their cash benefit and Medicare, if these work incentives are properly used. This session could wipe out overpayments! (it has before)
Session #105 The Work Incentives Available in the SSI Program. $20.00 77 minutes . Session 105 describes the four work incentives available to SSI recipients to reduce the amount of income Social Security counts. The session explains WHEN to use: 1) the Student Earned Income Exclusion; 2) Impairment-related Work Expenses; 3) the Plan for Achieving Self-Support (PASS); and 4) Blind Work Expenses. Further, the session explains HOW to claim these work incentives to prevent Social Security from finding the beneficiary is in overpayment and to increase the amount of future SSI payments.
If these work incentives are properly used, most SSI recipients will not need to limit their wage to maintain an adjusted SSI monthly payment and Medicaid,
